Terms of Service
Last updated: November 3, 2026
Site: https://www.weldingstop.com/
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of weldingstop.com and any orders you place with WeldingStop (“WeldingStop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Please read them. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or place an order.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Returns and refunds are covered by our Return & Refund Policy—not rewritten here.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By browsing the Site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and to any policies linked from them (including Privacy and Return & Refund).
If you order on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company. You must be able to form a binding contract under the laws that apply to you. The Site is intended for business and adult buyers; it is not directed to children.
We may refuse service, limit quantities, or cancel orders when we reasonably need to (for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues). An order confirmation email is an acknowledgment that we received your order—it is not, by itself, acceptance of every line item until we confirm and process it.
2. About the Site and Our Products
WeldingStop has supplied welding-related goods since 2012. We sell Chinese-made compatible / aftermarket / WS OEMed plasma, MIG, and TIG consumables, welding gages/gauges, and related workshop items for English-speaking retail buyers and SMB wholesale / OEM customers.
Compatibility disclaimer (important):
Unless a specific product page clearly states that an item is original / genuine OEM, our parts are compatible replacements or WS OEMed aftermarket parts—not original OEM parts from Hypertherm, Lincoln, Thermal Dynamics, OTC/Daihen, or any other torch or machine brand. Brand names, model names, and OEM-style part numbers on the Site are used only to identify fitment. WeldingStop is not affiliated with those brands.
You are responsible for confirming torch series, amperage, process, dimensions, and the ref. code on your existing part before you buy. If two parts look similar, check measurements. Wrong fitment from skipped verification is not a defect in the listing text alone.
Wholesale and custom / OEM production inquiries are welcome through our Contact channels; minimums and lead times depend on the item and are confirmed case by case—not promised in these Terms.
3. Accounts, Orders, Pricing, and Payment
Accounts
If you create an account, keep your login details confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use. We may suspend accounts that appear compromised or that violate these Terms.
Orders
Place orders through the Site cart and checkout (or as otherwise arranged for wholesale). Keep your order number. After you submit an order, we review it and may send an invoice or confirmation that includes shipping cost where applicable. Details of the usual order flow also appear on our FAQ pages (see Section 4).
We may cancel or refuse an order. If we cancel after you have been charged, we will refund the amount we charged for that cancelled order, subject to the payment provider’s timing.
Pricing
Prices are as shown on the product page and at checkout at the time you order, unless we quote otherwise for a wholesale or OEM job. Listed prices typically do not include delivery, import taxes, VAT, or duties. We may correct obvious pricing or description errors; if we cannot fulfill at the stated price because of a clear error, we will contact you or cancel and refund.
Discounts or loyalty offers, if any, are as stated on the Site or in a written quote at the time—not guaranteed by these Terms.
Payment
Pay using the methods shown at checkout (or as we specify on an invoice for bank or other offline payment). Do not assume a method listed in an older FAQ is still available. Payment is generally due as stated on the invoice or checkout; if you need more time, contact us before the due date.
Third-party processors (for example card networks or PayPal, when offered) have their own terms. We are not responsible for those providers’ systems, fees, or downtime. Cross-border or currency-conversion fees charged by your bank or card issuer are between you and that institution; we do not control them.
4. Shipping
We ship internationally. Carriers and options may include methods described on our Payment / Shipping FAQ pages, such as air mail, EMS, and express carriers (for example DHL, UPS, TNT when available), and sea freight for larger volumes when appropriate. Exact options depend on destination, weight, and what we can arrange for your order.
- Shipping cost is usually based on weight, method, and destination. It may appear at checkout or on the invoice after we review the order.
- Transit times published in FAQ materials are estimates only, not guarantees. Customs, remote areas, and carrier delays happen.
- Risk of loss and title pass according to the shipping terms we state for your order (or, if none are stated, as customary for the selected method). File carrier claims promptly when the carrier is at fault; we can help with documentation where reasonable.
- Import taxes, duties, and customs formalities in your country are the buyer’s or recipient’s responsibility unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing. We do not guarantee that any product meets every country’s import rules—check before you order.
For current shipping notes, see:
Optional shipping insurance, when offered, is described on the Site’s shipping-insurance page when that option is available.
5. Returns and Refunds
Returns, exchanges, cancellations after shipment, inspection windows, and refunds are governed by our existing policy:
These Terms do not replace that page. If something in a marketing blurb conflicts with the Return & Refund Policy, the Return & Refund Policy controls for return/refund matters.
For fastest after-sales help, use https://www.weldingstop.com/support or the contacts on our Contact US page. Include order number, SKU / ref. code, and clear photos when you report a defect or wrong item.
6. Product Descriptions, Colors, and Fitment — Limits
We aim for accurate titles, photos, and specs. Still:
- Photos are illustrative. Color, finish, and packaging can vary slightly from what you see on screen.
- Dimensions and ref. codes matter more than marketing labels. Aftermarket / WS OEMed parts are made to be compatible; they are not a promise that every torch variant, worn torch body, or mixed-brand stack will behave identically to a factory OEM set.
- Consumables wear. Tips, electrodes, nozzles, shields, contact tips, and similar parts are expected to degrade in normal use. Wear alone is not a manufacturing defect.
- You must install and operate parts according to sound welding practice and your equipment maker’s instructions. Improper installation, wrong amperage for the tip, mismatched FineCut/drag/gouge stacks, modification, or lack of maintenance can damage parts or equipment—we are not liable for that misuse.
If a listing is wrong in a material way, contact us promptly with photos and your order details so we can sort out replacement, exchange, or refund under the Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual Property
The Site design, text, logos, product photos, charts, and other content belong to WeldingStop or our licensors. You may view and use the Site to shop and for ordinary reference. You may not copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse our content without permission, except for fair personal use (for example saving an invoice or a product page for your own purchase records).
Brand names and part numbers of third parties appear for compatibility identification only and remain the property of their respective owners.
8. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for unlawful purposes, fraud, or to infringe others’ rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data
- Interfere with Site security, overload the Site, or introduce malware
- Scrape or harvest data at scale without our written consent
- Misrepresent aftermarket / WS OEMed goods as original OEM when reselling, or remove required compatibility notices we provide
- Use the Site if we have barred you from doing so
We may suspend access or cancel orders connected to prohibited use.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:
The Site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access. Temporary downtime will happen.
Except for remedies expressly stated in the Return & Refund Policy or in a separate written warranty we attach to a specific product, we disclaim all warranties that are not required by law, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Aftermarket compatibility is described in good faith on product pages; it is not a guarantee of OEM-equivalent life, cut quality, or performance in every setup.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, WeldingStop and our suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages—including lost profits, lost production, downtime, or data loss—arising from the Site or from products purchased through it, even if we were advised such damages were possible.
Cap. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability related to any order will not exceed the amount you paid us for the products giving rise to the claim (excluding shipping paid to carriers and taxes/duties you paid to authorities), unless a mandatory law says otherwise.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions. In those places, our liability is limited to the maximum extent the law allows.
Nothing in these Terms is meant to limit rights you cannot waive under mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you.
10. Indemnity
If your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your resale or installation of products causes claims, losses, or costs (including reasonable legal fees) against WeldingStop, you agree to indemnify us for those amounts to the extent allowed by law—except to the extent we caused the problem through our own negligence or willful misconduct.
11. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules that would send the matter elsewhere.
If a dispute arises, both sides will first try to resolve it in good faith by negotiation (email is fine). Contact us via the channels in Section 13 and allow a reasonable time to respond. If negotiation does not resolve the matter, either party may pursue remedies available under applicable Chinese law.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our practices or the law change. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we post a revision. Continued use of the Site or new orders after a posting means you accept the revised Terms for that use or those orders. For material changes, we may also highlight the update on the Site when practical.
We may correct Site typos and outdated material without notice. Older pages (including FAQ text) can lag; if a FAQ conflicts with these Terms or the Return & Refund Policy on a legal point, the Terms or Return & Refund Policy control for that point.
