Lincoln Tomahawk & FlexCut Plasma Tip/Electrode Cross-Reference

Nov 3, 2026

Updated: 2026-11-02 Slug: /lincoln-tomahawk-flexcut-plasma-consumables-cross-reference

TL;DR

Match Lincoln plasma replacements by torch model + ref. code + amperage. Not by the “Lincoln” badge on the case. WeldingStop sells compatible / WS OEMed aftermarket electrodes, tips, and shields for Tomahawk (LC25 / LC40 / LC65 / LC105) and FlexCut 125 (LC125M / BK14300 series). Not original Lincoln Electric OEM unless a product page says so.

Confirm every line against the live SKU title before checkout. Marketing names on the cutter are not a parts catalog.

Real counter call: guy brings in a bag of “Lincoln tips,” half are KP2844 for a Tomahawk 1000, half are BK14300 for a FlexCut 125. Same company logo. Different torch. Wrong tip will thread wrong—or worse, look close enough that someone forces it.

Example combo: KP2844-1 + KP2844-3 set (WS OEMed—not original).

If the machine is set near 60A and you’re still burning 50A tips, check the listing for KP2844-4 / W03X0893-29A before you blame the electrode.

LC105 tips share one electrode family but split by amp. Grab the wrong W03 suffix and you’ll get a tip that “fits” but opens the kerf or won’t hold the rating.

FlexCut 125 / LC125M (BK14300 series)

FlexCut 125 on WeldingStop uses the BK14300 family for the LC125M torch. Do not mix with Tomahawk KP2842–KP2845 parts. Different geometry. Different numbering.

Other Lincoln plasma lines on the same category page

Same category also lists ProCut (e.g. KP2063 electrodes, KP2062 tips) and other FlexCut / Tomahawk variants. Running ProCut 25/55/80 or a FlexCut that isn’t 125? Start from the sategory and filter by the torch stamp. Don’t reuse the Tomahawk tables above and hope.

Category coverage note: FlexCut 35 / 45 / 65 / 105 / 125, Tomahawk 30 AIR / 45 / 375 / 625 / 1000, ProCut 20 / 55 / 80 (and related listings). Always verify the SKU.

How to order without a wrong fit

  1. Read the torch label—LC25, LC40, LC65, LC105, LC125M, etc.
  2. Match the stamped KP / W03 / BK number on the old electrode and tip.
  3. Pick tip by amperage when several nozzles share one electrode.
  4. Replace electrode and tip together when cut quality drops or the pit/orifice shows wear.
  5. Confirm the page says replacement / aftermarket / WS OEMed—not OEM—unless you mean to buy original.

From the c1495 category FAQ (paraphrased): WeldingStop Lincoln-compatible parts are not original OEM unless stated; brand names identify compatibility only.

FAQ

Will aftermarket KP2844-1 fit my Tomahawk 1000? WS lists KP2844-1 as a compatible electrode for Tomahawk 1000 / LC65. Confirm the stamp on your old electrode and the product title before ordering.

Can I use FlexCut BK14300 tips on a Tomahawk LC65? No. BK14300 is LC125M / FlexCut 125 on WS listings. Tomahawk 1000 uses KP2844 / W03X0893-29A-style parts.

Are these original Lincoln parts? No—compatible / WS OEMed replacements unless the individual product page says otherwise.

Where should wholesale buyers inquire? Retail via the category; bulk / OEM programs use Contact US.
